Please note that we do not offer price matching for items purchased prior to the Black Friday discount period.
Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, all orders are temporarily shipped via UPS. Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes during this time. Free shipping is available on orders over $60.
Our products are shipped from BC to anywhere across Canada. We do not offer international shipping.
To make our service more accessible in terms of shipping costs, we’re currently testing a variable rate based on package weight. During this trial period, shipping costs for orders under $60 (before tax) may fluctuate at checkout, but will not exceed $7. These orders will continue to be shipped via Canada Post Lettermail, which does not include tracking. Orders over $60 before tax qualify for free shipping. Thank you for your understanding as we work to improve your delivery experience.
Temporary Shipping Advisory
Due to ongoing flooding in parts of British Columbia, including areas around Abbotsford and surrounding routes, some major land delivery corridors may be impacted. This may result in delivery delays or unexpected interruptions for shipments traveling from Western Canada to other regions. Delivery timelines may change depending on weather and road conditions.
Black Friday Promo Free Shipping Policy (November 27 - 30)
All orders ship free during our Black Friday promotion!
Same shipping method will be used for this free shipping promotion as during the non‑Black Friday promotion period.
- Orders under $60 → shipped via Canada Post Lettermail without tracking
- Orders $60 and above → shipped with tracking
Estimated Delivery Times
Orders under $60:
- Standard Shipping without Tracking - Standard shipping is sent via Canada Post Lettermail without a tracking number. Delivery typically takes 5 to 12 business days after the parcel is picked up. Please note that the stated delivery time is an estimate and may vary depending on the shipping address. As this method is not trackable, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
- Expedited Shipping with Tracking - For faster delivery, you can choose Expedited Shipping with tracking for a $15 flat rate on orders under $60. This method typically delivers within 3 to 7 business days after the parcel is picked up.
Orders over $60:
- Free Shipping - Orders over $60 qualify for free Expedited Shipping with tracking, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days after the parcel is picked up.
Please note that delivery times for any shipping methods may be extended due to the shipping address or delays in carrier processing. All orders are shipped from BC.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
* Pentel Stationery of Canada is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Cancellation Policy
An order can only be cancelled within approximately 15 minutes from the time it was placed.
Return & Exchange
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@pentel.ca. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
